Navigating Rime: Your Guide to Using Our Platform

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.

You are also fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify Rime immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach.

4. Content

The Service may contain content uploaded by users, including creators and brands ("User Content"). You are solely responsible for all User Content that you upload, post, or otherwise transmit through the Service. Rime does not endorse any User Content and takes no responsibility or liability for it.

• You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Rime. By posting content, you grant Rime a non-exclusive license to use it for platform operations.
• You agree not to post content that is defamatory, obscene, or infringes on intellectual property rights.

5. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

All payments on Rime are subject to our payment processing terms. Refunds are governed by our refund policy, available on the platform.

The Service and all content and materials included on the Service, including, without limitation, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, videos, software, and other intellectual property ("Intellectual Property"), are owned by Rime or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. RIME DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR VIRUS-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIME SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, USE, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF RIME HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES).

10. Termination

Rime may terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, or no reason at all, with or without notice. You may also terminate your account at any time.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Nigeria. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Rime regarding your use of the Service.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15. Waiver

No waiver by Rime of any breach of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach.

Rime may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on the Service. You are advised to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Service after the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
